[1.0.5] Shasshhiy'Kaish wont summon

This happened me a few times in 1.0.4 already, but I didn't pay a much attention to it. In 1.0.3 I had no problem with this event at all.
When I kill the first cultist, countdown timer will normally appear at 210 and wont decrease. Even after killing all the cultists and lit all the monoliths, nothing will happen. The timer is there, still set to 210, even when I re-enter the area.

What am I missing ?

Happened to me again in Daikara, is anyone else having this bug every time ?

If a monolith is destroyed this happens. Notice volcanic daikatana can destroy them.

The thing is this did not happen in volcanic daikara :/
