[1.0.5] Artifact gloves don't have accuracy scaling.

I was playing through a game as a Brawler, and Crystle's Astral Bindings dropped. Glad to have such a good pair of gloves, I of course equipped them. However, they seem to lack the accuracy scaling that was added in this patch - the +0.2 Crit/Acc that all other gloves have.

They also seem to be at 100% Attack Speed, with no actual Attack Speed line in their description.
