just killed the Elites needed to wake Melinda, but the timer kept going down to 0 ... guessing because i used Inner demons on one of the mobs ... could this break the timer?

Just to chime in ... I just have the same problem. Used Inner demos on one of the acolytes, killed all 4 (I got three, thought-forged warrior the last one), and timer is still going down.
