[1.0.4] escort quest upon re-entering level (Dreadfell)

As the title says, I got an escort for an already cleared level (5) of Dreadfell, when fleeing from the level below. Not that I'm complaining, but I'm assuming that's not the intended behaviour

It's semi-intended. Sometimes, when the game decides that you get an escort, it will be unable to find a way for the escort from the start to the portal (usually due to closed doors, which it won't path through). It simply won't spawn the escort if this happens. Then later, when you return (having likely opened the offending doors while exploring the first time), it will be able to generate the escort properly (and you'll get a really easy escort generally).
