I've encountered a strange glowing chest that I can open as often as I want and every time the same ghoul pops out (randboss)
He drops the same stuff again and again and while this is certainly entertaining and lucrative, it's also probably a bug
My believe is that this has something to do with the prodigy meteor crash. This has never happened before I got the prodigy and the changes in tiles from "whatever" into "lava" have often left graphical glitches (especially lvl. 2 and 3 of the necromancer pride, where this also happened btw.)

The chest is in the north west and looks like it's already open. Just ignore the rotting titan that's in your way
