The militant mind talent doesn't seem to be incrementing spellpower as advertised, e.g. for a raw boost of 18 ...

Psave 39 (+9), Ssave 47 (+6), Msave 43 (+7), Dam 23 (+6), Mpower 38 (+9), but Spower 28 (unchanged)
