Shivgoroth encased in ice doesn't heal on cold damage

When in Shivgoroth form and frozen, I do not heal from cold damage.

At other times, Shivgoroth form works like it says on the tin. As far as I can tell, it's just being stuck in ice that breaks it.

Also, I wasn't able to use Arcane Reconstruction while frozen.

You can't heal when frozen.

Yeah, this is intentional, being frozen prevents any type of heal, that's what the green screen represents. Otherwise being frozen would almost be beneficial.

Not saying anyone's wrong here, but for some reason I always assumed that Affinity still worked while you were frozen (or other healing prevention). Is that not the case?

It would be pretty awkward to out such a crucial game element AFTER achieving my first Insane winner. To be fair though, I was using a wildfire cleansing flames-everywhere build, so I was never really frozen for more than a turn.
