Cant get mouse cursor to show up in game!

#1 Post by Lukelivewire »

I've tried everything =-( This game looks awesome and I wanna play, but its frustrating not being able to see my cursor! Any ideas? I've tried disabling settings in my control panel and even disabling settings in game to no avail.

What OS are you on? Fullscreen, windowed? Is it possible to control the game via the keyboard?

Im on Vista 64 playing on full screen
It "is" possible to play without the mouse but when you dont know specifically what spells do or how hard enemies are it takes forever to locate my invisible mouse cursor and finally hover over the icon or monster that you want.

I had the same issue running Vista. The two fixes for me were: 1) run it windowed, or 2) disable the game mouse cursor in video options, which makes the game use the standard windows cursor.

There is some option under either game options or video options that lets you disable the special game cursor, but I don't remember exactly what it was called. Try that if you haven't already.

I'm also running Vista 64 and had a similar problem. I got around it by running in Windowed mode (manually maximizing the game on start up) and disabling the mouse cursor in video options on the Main game menue.
