)Kept seeing weird things when attacking enemies.
They sometimes seems to move one tile when taking damage, and left a small lightning bolt behind them.
Once, I saw a creature doing this recieve the Elemental Surge: Lightning buff.
However, none of these creatures had Elemental Surge listed in their character sheet, and they weren't using Rune: Lightning either.
