Messed up game view

I don't know exactly how to describe it, so I included a picture.
Basically, everything but the HUD is offset to the right, leaving a black bar on the side of my window.

I tried restarting the game, but that did not work. I tried the "reset interface positions" option, but that did not work also.

I changed the HUD style not too long ago before this occured, so i checked if changing that back to "Classic" would help. It did. The "Classic" HUD was working just fine. But when I changed the HUD style back to "Minimalist", the black vertical (or is it horizontal? ah, whatever) bar still remained.

What is interesting is that when I created another character with the same settings the problem was occuring on, the new character did NOT experience the same problems as the previous character. When I switched back to my first character to see whether the problem had been fixed, I noticed that once again, the black bar was still there.

I don't recall EXACTLY what I was doing when this occurred, but i remember playing HUD options and resizing the window by grabbing the corner of it in windowed mode.

Also, i'm running Windows if that is of any help.
