[SVN] Lake of Nur eels unwilling to part with their tails

The electric eels in the Lake of Nur do not appear to drop electric eel tails when slain.

That's probably because you never actually found an electric eel. There's 2 main types of eels (not sure if there's more than 2, so I'm tentatively saying "2 main types"): Giant Eels and Electric Eels. It's not rare to go through Lake of Nur w/o encountering a single Electric Eel, but finding many Giant Eels, giving the illusion that you just aren't getting the drop (the alchemist ingredient that you need is an Electric Eel's tail), when in fact you actually aren't even killing the monster that drops what you need in the first place.
