I haven't encountered this before, and it may be working as intended, but when you are a magic user (or have a rune as was my case) and are wearing an arcane disrupting item it flags the new lore item and gives you a status of anti-magic (or something similar).
That is fine, quite useful in fact.
The issue is having the flag stops you from exiting to the world map manually - it doesn't stop recalling, just trying to exit manually.
Is it listed as a negative status effect thereby limited movement?
Easily overcome by either removing the arcane disruption item or getting rid of the rune, just doesn't make much sense.

Simple fix: Just set

Code: Select all
no_stop_enter_worlmap = true

Was this hotfixed? I'm still getting this bug on a fresh new game today.

Fixes are only for the next update(or SVN if you know what that is).
