[1.0] Slime Tunnels only has 3 orb pedestals

I've dug out the Slime Tunnels such that every single tile is visible, and there is no sign of the Orb of Destruction pedestal. I don't know whether it didn't spawn or spawned and was removed somehow, but in any case, it's not visible and I can't access high peak.

I was using both the Fiery Choker and the meteor prodigy when I originally cleared the area, so the pedestal's tile may have been overwritten by a volcano or lava tile, if such a thing is possible.

I am having the same (or similar) problem on my lvl49 Mindslayer.

Since I have no easy way to check if there is a hidden room (I would need to dig every tile of this map), is there a cheat mode command that reveals the whole map? Just to be sure. And if not, what cheat mode command can teleport me to the next step? I assume something like "game:changeLevel(1,"high-peak")". Not sure what the next level name is though.
