[1.0] [Mac] Slow/laggy mouse targeting

Using the mouse for targeting and/or looking is extremely laggy for me in the mac release. Bricks mentioned this back at b38: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=4 ... ting+mouse but I thought it was worth a new thread for 1.0.

I've tried disabling all the extra options under Video Options, reducing the frame rate, increasing the frame rate, reducing particle effects and disabling the in-game cursor, all with no effect.

Targeting with the keyboard works normally.

Ack! Yes, any fix for this would be most welcome. This makes teleport other basically impossible to use on OSX

Tip: You can also use shift + direction keys to target manually.
