[RC2] Some enemies can end up in eidolon plane

I died to a Worm That Walks and somehow one of his carrion worms ended up with me on eidolon plane. I could normally kill it but it was a bit strange.

A few versions ago something similar happened to me, with Worm Rot spawning a worm on the world map.
