[RC2] Time Travel breaks game

#1 Post by reason »

Any time I cast a time travel spell, when it gets to the point where you get sent back (i.e. the end of the spell, except for See the Threads which breaks on the end of the first timeline), the game gets endlessly stuck on the "Unfolding the space time structure..." message and starts eating up huge amounts of memory.

Tried with Precognition, See the Threads, Paradox Clone, and Cease to Exist. Couldn't try Revisionist History, because the character isn't 40 yet.

Could not reproduce on any other characters, only affects this one character:

Check your te4_log.txt file please, and post it here (right after this happens)

I'm having the same issue. Infinite "unfolding the space time structure" bug. I can't attach the log file, as it exceeds 256 KB, even compressed.

This was repeated for around 10,000 lines at the end of the file:
---------------- Stack Dump ----------------
2: table // 21e5e68
1: table // 21e5e68
--------------- Stack Dump Finished ---------------
