[RC2] Spit Poison tooltip incomplete

Spit Poison (e.g. from Serpent's Glare) says it does X poison damage. But it actually does X poison damage over 6 turns.

Will quickly edit that (and the rest of the file, since I didn't touch it), make a patch and send it to DG. Thanks!
