(B43) blighted summoning

1.most summoners never raise magic state but it request 50 magic
2.summon shadow doesn't count the 100 creatures
3.after learning blighted summoning, my shadows do have empathic hex but they never use it ,never......

The first point isn't a bug; the prodigy is supposed to be part of weird builds. The other two points are probably bugs, though. Shadows use a unique AI that doesn't account for Empathic Hex, and (in b43, anyways) only golems, necrotic minions, and wilder summons appear to count towards the prodigy.
