[b43] boss alive with 0HP, errors on reload

Had a sandworm boss spawned from a chest, got it to 0HP, it didn't die. It had no talents that could explain that. After save and load it was just lying on the ground like it was an item, and when I tried to hover cursor around it/target it, the game produced errors.
