If you kill the 3rd enemy (arcane blade) while burning and at low enough health to die, you will receive a Lua error when the game tries to reward you the two generic points on the Eidolon Plane. This results in a window you cannot close because the error happens when you click on the confirmation dialog.

If you kill the task and reload the character in a new session, it loads fine, but you are missing the two generic points.
