[b43-svn-5783] Exotic Weapons Mastery does not unhide

By default, the Exotic Weapons Mastery talent is hidden from the combat techniques category. In previous versions, the talent can be unhidden by rescuing a lost warrior and choosing Exotic Weapons Mastery as a reward. Once a point is placed in the talent, it is turned visible and points can be spent on the talent as normal. This is no longer the case in svn 5783.

I'm not sure if this change is due to the addition of the Legacy of the Naloren prodigy or an unintentional side-effect.
