[b42] Rune of Reflection doesn't count as shielding Rune?
I hope this is NOT a bug, but I thought I should point out that Rune of Reflection is not a shileding rune, so my skellie brawler has two shielding runes, rune of reflection and skellie shield, making life somewhat more enjoyable in tome world!

It got a buff in the SVN. It will now scale with the Magic stat making it viable past level 15 or so.
