The rescued lost merchant can't generate mindstar unique items from his "buy a truly special item" reward.

It seems that the merchant's list of items doesn't scroll, so the options at the bottom of the list cannot be seen. At least, that's the case for me.

If you're in a high enough resolution, you can get around that, but the list really ought to scroll, especially now.

There are currently a whole heap of annoying little issues when playing on low-res, I'll just add 1 for now. You can't see the message log from the inventory screen in low-res. Something can wander into the area & kill you without you ever realising their there while your managing your equipment. Rarely happens (I don't manage my equipment anywhere dangerous these days) but nearly killed me a few times early on before I realised what was happening.
Actually I will add a 2nd. Character info screens tend to extend off the screen. Reseting interface positions doesn't help.

Ahh that explains it.

I live in the edge case land of playing on a 40 inch plasma. Occasionally I see too much, sometimes not enough

But yeah, it's a resolution thing for me obviously.
