[b42] a few bugs. (windows build)

Piercing sight(rogue talent) is not updating the character. Have the withering eye thingies as well so when I wear them it should say see stealth 18 but I only get the 10 from the withering eyes and shows a 0 when I take the eyes off.

Found the bandit tunnels and killed everything. Merchant dissapeared and the shop in new hope did not open. Are there trap choices in the new dialogue that I just missed, did you make the merchant killable(I was kinda liberal with fireflash) or is this a bug?

I believe that this is only a display error, not a calculation one, so it is still worth investing in.

The merchant can be killed. There are also dialogue options that lock you out of saving him IIRC, but they would not make him disappear.

I downloaded the b42 version. After starting the executable, the t-engine.exe process hangs for a while in the task manager and then disappears. So the game doesn't even start!
