[b41] Spinning beam trap absurdly deadly

The plate got stepped on 4 times in the undead starting dungeon, twice for me and twice for my golem...fragged for 26603 damage.

I managed to kill myself with a spinning beam trap, but I had to walk over it like 10 times and it only hit for 300. Anyway, this trap needs a damage cap or something.

I just got instagibbed by a spinning beam for 635 in the Rhaloren Camp. It wasn't one I'd interacted with before IIRC:

Can I suggest that autoexplore interrupts when a spinning beam trap is sighted? That should help.

My other problem with spinning beam traps is that you can't see the beams unless you can see the actual trap... so the beams might be right in front of you and you can't see them.

Got this one too, had a spinning beam hit me for over 950 damage.
