If you finish the Fall of Zigur quest without the cloak of deception on, your rhaloren allies become permanently hostile, while retaining their invincibility to your attacks.
The whole mechanic should be scrapped until it can be overhauled, really...

A sentient undead is seen as threat to all 
In b41 the attackers when myssil dies get a "victory rush" that makes them invulnerable but only for 20 turns

Now it just needs to affect the ending. Surely the grand corruptor's business can be assuaged by a nice blade through the chest.
