[b40] Gestures of Pain can be used with magic staff

If you wield a staff (two-handed) you can still use Gesture of Pain. I think you are supposed to have one free hand or a mindstar.

Staff isn't greatmaul, so why just not hold it with main hand while needed ? No problems here.
