[b38/OSX] Static Field does not display damage dealt

There's a great deal about this talent that seems strange (dealing a percentage of damage that changes with rank, checking mindpower vs. physical resistance for a straight damage effect), but most confusing is the lack of an output for the damage dealt.
Sorry about all the parentheses (sometimes I like to clarify things).
