Bloodliches far too common

I'm going to assume this is a bug of sorts, because it seems really odd and out of place. If you ask any high level player, you are likely to hear that Bloodliches are by far the most common Lich. And if one actually checks the entity code, they find that Bloodliches have a rarity of 3. Compare with normal liches, with a rarity of 20, Ancient Liches, with a rarity of 25, and Archliches, with a rarity of 30. I think someone missed a 0 or something.
