When you alt tab from tome and you have 2 screens (I've only tested with 2 screens), tome stays on top, any applications above it... stays below it. (Ie. I switch to outlook (which I usually do, to make it look like I'm reading mails) which is "below" tome, but it stays below tome).

I am definitely able to alt tab at fullscreen on B37 on a second monitor
EDIT: Also able to with B38. I am on my second screen if that helps
