The demon-plane zone just uses base lava grids while the demon-plane-spell (zone) uses lava grids that use the Demon fire damage type.
This leads to most of the enemies in the demon-plane being killed by fire before the player finds them.
Demons in the Fearscape don't heal (zone not spell)
