Alchemist controlling golem after death

#1 Post by ekolis »

I was playing as an alchemist, and found that I could "take control" of my golem by right-clicking him and selecting "control"! Cool... but now when I died, control was automatically transferred to the golem, and I could continue playing, despite my main character dying! Finally when the golem got killed, the game ended... Freaky!

This is not at all a bug. In fact, you may notice that the golem has a self-destruct skill that can only be used if its master is dead. One which exists because golems can't leave dungeons, and you need to be able to kill the golem to progress if you are in Adventure mode and you've cleared the dungeon.
<Ferret> The Spellblaze was like a nuclear disaster apparently: ammo became the "real" currency.
