[b37] Escortees can spawn in areas already cleared

My level 16 Dwarf Shadowblade was happily skipping along the countryside when it occurred to me that I might not have completely finished the Scintillating Caves or Kor'Pul yet, so I went back inside to check. After checking the first level of the SC and and seeing that it was fully explored, I went to level 1 of Kor'Pul. Right when I entered the level, an Anorithil escort started. However, it turned out that I had already explored and cleared the level, so the challenge was very close to zero.

This was the first escort quest I received in the game so far, and I'd finished all 7 starter dungeons available to my race/class combo and cleared out most of the RHC before I went back to Kor'Pul.

From how I understand it, an escort won't spawn if there's not a minimum distance between him or her and the portal. This usually occurs when your starting staircase into the level spawns in a small room with a closed door. After opening the door(s) and reentering the level, there should be enough room for the escort and the portal to spawn now.
