27 Summoner in Dreadfell.
I keep Meditation off my hotbar. When I hit "m" to bring up the menu to use it, I see than many of my skills are "unavailable."
When I check the game log, I can see that it's logged that I've used all of my skills, although none of it happened. No time has passed, no equi was used.
If I hit "m" again, or take a few steps and then hit "m", the mix of available/unavailable skills changes.
This is mostly just an annoyance, except that when a skill is "unavailable", it cannot be used directly from that menu. One can work around it, but it doesn't seem intended.
Included are two screen shots, one of the game log and one of the list of "unavailable" skills where you can see them ready on the hotbar.

I believe what is happening is that preUseTalent is (incorrectly) checking equilibrium failure. Can you confirm that (a) only equil-based talents are going unavailable and (b) that this bug does not occur when you are at zero equilibrium. Cheers!

It's not only equil-based talents going unavailable, it's everything, including "attack", infusions and runes.
When "attack" is "unavailable", clicking on a monster will not attack it and it doesn't take a turn. Nothing happens. As a summoner, this isn't so bad, but many other classes would have trouble with this.
I discovered more elements of this bug:
1.While trying to remove my sustains so I could test out whether it happened at 0 equi, I discovered that hitting "m" is taking a game turn.
Or at least it's decrementing the cooldown on the hotbar of one of my talents.
I hit "m", see that the talent has 26-turns until it's ready. I hit Esc to close the menu. Hit "m" again to open the window, and now the talent has 25-turns left. With no monsters around, I can't tell if it's real time passing.
2. Each time I hit "m" my equi increases by one. I'm not using any skills, and I don't know what skill would use only 1 equi, but just hitting the button to bring up the "use talents" menu is incrementing my equilibrium.
3. It does look like the issue goes away when you balance your equil at 0, although the game log is still spammed with talent use notifications.

An odd bug to be sure. I have not been able to reproduce it, though. Can you start a new summoner and see if are getting the same behavior? Cheers!

I got this yesterday, but I thought weapon swapping was causing it. It certainly fixed it. Just pressed x twice and they came back on.
