[b37] Cannot infuse jewelry!

My character is a level 45 anchor, in the "far east" world map, I finished the task "lost knowledge" in "valley of the moon(3)", I talked with "limmir the mast jewelry" and was told he can make magic ring and amulet for me, however when I click "I need your service" during the conversation, it pops out a empty package without anything for selection. There is a similar bug when you try to infuse a unique stone with a weapon.
