[b37] Valley of the Moon quest bug

When I first arrived in the Valley, I summoned the jeweller in the middle of the lake, but I don't see him, the enemies already appearing, after killing several of them, I go back to previous level. Now when I go to the middle of the lake again, I see him (probably covered in dark area so I don't see him previously).

After several turns, I killed the boss of the Valley, get the Gem of The Moon achievement, the turn ended, some lua error occurs (already submitted the error report), killed several enemies left, talked to the jeweller and he still said "I do not have time to talk. This ritual is intense, and we are not alone here. Stop them!". Is this supposed to happen ?

It seems to me that the quest is still not done, because he's still talking about the ritual and the enemies left (although I already killed all of them).

Something seems amiss, because killing the boss shoul also kill all leftover demons.
