[b37] Confirmation not requested before deleting premades

When starting a new game and clicking "Load Premade", the "Delete" button in the dialog box that it brings up does not ask you for any conformation before deleting the premade character. This is particularly troubling because the "Delete" button is located in *exactly* the same place where on some operating systems the "Okay" button normally appears, which makes it really easy to accidentally delete a pre-made character when your intention had been to load it.
