Hi first of all I want to say I love the game. Sometimes it lets me play without a problem. Other time when I start it up it freezes and cant get past the first screen of options to start a new game or load a game. I tried to reinstall the game but still have same problems. My computer is pretty good and play other games fine. But this one freezes up my computer alot.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hard to tell the fix just from that, but a couple of suggestions:
1. Update your graphics card drivers (though you've probably got them up to date anyway)
2. Don't pin the game to the Windows taskbar - run from desktop or start menu or whatever else instead
3. Avoid alt-tabbing in or out of the game
Also helps if you can post here the contents of te4_log.txt after a crash.
