Level 3 Flare was blinding things just fine until I got to the Grushnak Pride where it suddenly started blinding nothing. According to Inspect Creature they didn't have blind immunity, and there were no "shrugged off" or "resist" messages.
Stone Touch will stone the alchemist golem every time, despite its 100% stoning immunity.
When I shrug off the Frozen effect, I'm still frozen for one or two turns. I think this also applies to NPCs?
Mousing over Relentless Pursuit will "check" your saves and trigger Spin Fate. It also happens when you pull up the Use Talents menu.
