[b35] hostile spiders summoned with Mummified Egg-sac of Ung

When the Mummified Egg-sac of Ungolë summons a weaver matriarch, the matriarch creates escorts that are hostile to the player and other summoned spiders, and the escorts don't have a turn limit.
