b34, auto-use Stealth doesn't allow resting for cooling down

Like the title says. I've tried turning off automatic use, and the rest command will let the ability cool down. Not so when it's on automatic use. I don't know if this affects other instant, automatic-use skills or all automatic use skills, or if this is even a bug.
Sorry about all the parentheses (sometimes I like to clarify things).

automatic enabled talents are never waited for
