Don't know if I could reproduce this. In Eruan, a moderate-sized vault full of orcs and horrors spawned. On a few occasions, Headless Horrors ended up on top of the same square as me, and once I saw one enter a wall.

Yeah, it's a bug with all brawler talents and a few others (take down in this case). Tiger eye has it fixed for next beta.
