Odd caps lock bug

Scroll mode is enabled and disabled by pressing caps lock. Holding caps lock down will rapidly toggle between scroll mode and regular. It doesn't toggle between caps lock and lowercase on your machine, however. This leads to scroll mode being out of sync with your caps lock status, resulting in difficulties chatting without shouting.

Solution: The game probably should not interpret holding down of the caps lock key as repeated keypresses
