[b31] Characters wont update online

My characters no longer update online. As far as I can tell, I have no problems logging in at all.

Yeah, I have the same problem. It won't show anything in my "characters" section at all. And everything else on my account rarely updates anything at all ( such as play time, achievements, unlocks... Etc. ). Also, I have to login at the website for it to say i'm logged in on the menu screen, if I try to login by clicking on profile in the game menu it won't connect ( not sure if that is normal as I havn't been playing for long ). And even if I login at the website and it says i'm logged in when I get to the menu screen right before I make or load a character, it will give me the "online profile disabled" message as soon as I start to play a character, and once in a while when i'm playing it will give me the "connection to online server lost" message usually followed immediately by the "connection to online server established" message. It seems to me that the game is having problems staying connected to the online account. At this point I see no reason to use my online profile at all. Maybe I should try making another online account or something but I don't really want to have multiple accounts as I only need one. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.


EDIT: Ok, so I made another player profile and now it's updating everything on the site correctly for the first time ever. It's nice to be able to play with in-game chat and have all my profile information updated correctly, although my achievements got reset somehow ( and I almost had Pyromancer too! ). So now I guess I just have to figure out how to delete my older profile...
