SVN Necromancer Minion Scaling

Seems like they're leveling to the zones level. I just beat the ambush and at the end I noticed my minions level was 49 with a level 29 character (18 levels higher then I expected).

Now they're always my level. Should be my level +2 with my points in Create Minions.
