Pretty much what the topic says, I think this applies to Rapid Fire too, but Aim pins you in place, meaning if you're disarmed while aiming, you are stuck!

I'd suggest not making Aim toggleable while disarmed, but rather just ending the effect automagically upon being disarmed.

While not precisely the same, Berserker (the sustained talent) also cannot be deactivated if you are not using a two-handed weapon. This is "exploitable" in a couple ways. First, you can activate it and then switch to 1H+shield or dual-wield. (Shield Wyrmics love this one.) Second, Dreads and other sustain-eaters can't un-sustain it.

The drawback is that it also can't auto-recast itself when you level it up. You need to swap weapons, deactivate it, wait 30 turns, reactivate, and swap back.
