I have rod of annulment as a keyboard shortcut, but when I use it it doesn't grey out to show it is on cooldown. It just stays green. I assume the same goes for burning star etc, but perhaps it is just this rod.
It should grey out until it can be used again.

That's an issue that we've had for a very long time and is apparently slightly difficult to instil the fix.
