(b28) Paradox Mage vs. Weirdling Beast

#1 Post by Hedrachi »

Fighting the beast with my paradox mage, no matter how high my paradox is I can't damage the beast: All my powers end up doing 0 temporal damage, 0 physical damage.

Log attached.
Redacted:
  • 5734 occurrences of "L(1df62e8) Particle updater error 89e6038 (74, 76): attempt to call a number value"
  • 35 occurrences of "L(1df62e8) Particle updater error dc153e8 (378, 260): /data/gfx/particles/stormclouds.lua:49: attempt to index local 'self' (a function value)" (at the end, possibly from when it tried to load the background screen for main menu)
  • 89 occurrences of "Particle emitter error c2213e8 (66054): attempt to call a table value" (mostly near level loading)
  • 89 occurrences of "L(1df62e8) Particle updater error c2213e8 (228, 66054): attempt to index a number value" (mostly around the last one there)
The redactions were the ones that I couldn't really fathom why they were happening, there's still maybe 4 particle errors from time prison and freeze. Also redacted the name of the PM to avoid any grief from the BBC. *coughs*

Near as I can remember, I used TBTC to get ridda the last two charges on the beast's bone shield, and it's acting like he still has the shield up.

Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?

Update: Few turns later, I get a message saying bone shield had deactivated on him. Dunno if 2xturn back the clock projectiles had turned it into bone shield (-1) or if I had temporal fugue-d him before the shield deactivated. Back to normal now.
