[b28] multiple bugs

1) Several of the artifacts crash the game when you try to look at them in inventory. Bloodletter, the Crown of Elemental Command, some of the others that I can't remember.

2) The Crystal Focus and Telos' Staff Crystal don't seem to work. Not sure if this is a bug or I'm missing something.

3) Yeeks can't use their town. Is this intentional or a bug?
