I'll be the first to say that slipping on a rock while wading is perfectly reasonable. However, my air meter was going down, so I was apparently under water. Slipping on a stone hardly seems appropriate in that case.
An indirect solution to this problem would be to use shallow water that doesn't have the usual 'air_level = -5,' line for surface streams and ponds. When exploring the Trollmire, we're not diving. We're wading and swimming. No breath-holding should be necessary.
